setting up yahoo account with microsoft outlook 2007

could someone tell me how to do that? do I need to upgrade outlook? everytime I try to add the email account in what appears to be the correct way, it asks for my password repeatedly.

and you can't set up pop access with the free yahoo mail you have to pay for the pro account.
